The Santa Barbara Effect has been a staple of Visit Santa Barbara's brand campaign for many years now. We were tasked with giving it renewed energy through refreshed visuals, an updated voice over and new music. We wanted to slow down, and give the audience not just a view, but the feeling of Santa Barbara.
